For the home owner, we can provide complete construction planning and building services to build the steel home of their dreams. For the builder, RSCS offers top quality construction materials, training and expertise to insure the builder can produce an exceptional home for their client.

RSCS primarily offers these services for the building of residential homes. Even though residential homes are our main focus, we haven't stopped there. In 1998, we were called upon to use our expertise to help design and ultimately build the first light gage steel framed skate park in the nation. It is an aggressive skate park for roller bladers and skate boarders. The 15,000 sq. ft. outdoor facility is in the city of Valparaiso, Indiana.
