RSCS is owned and operated by Duane, Scott and Kent Sieb, a father and sons team.

Duane Sieb is nationally recognized as a steel trainer. A noted lecturer on steel training, he has taught classes and seminars at colleges and universities, written articles for various publications, appeared on local radio and cable television talk shows, and conducted training seminars for government and trade associations. Duane is a carpenter with over 30 years experience.

Scott Sieb has 24 years experience as a carpenter and has specialized in steel framing for the last four years. Scott has certification through the A.I.S.I. training program. Besides doing steel framing, Scott assists homeowners in the planing stages and training contractors in steel framing. He also works closely with subcontractor trades in the field to enable them to make the transition from wood to steel. From start to finish, weather it be tools, fasteners, material or techniques, Scott is available to answer your questions and steel framing needs.

Kent Sieb, the third member of the corporation, uses his business management and communication skills to assure a smooth operation of the company. His credo is that no matter how large or small the customer, they should receive the personal attention they deserve.
